SEMANGAT KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KEIKUTSERTAAN KARYAWANDITINJAU DARI PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA DALAM PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN PADA PT. BANK SUMUT CABANG MEDAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of spirit at work, work discipline and employee participation in decision making on work productivity at PT. Bank SUMUT Medan Branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bank SUMUT Medan Branch and Sukaramai Branch with a total of 106 employees. The sample used in the study was a saturated sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression and data collection using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study showed that spirit at work has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, work discipline and participation in decision making do not significantly affect work productivity but simultaneously spirit at work, work discipline and employee participation in decision making have a positive effect on work productivity at PT Bank SUMUT Medan Branch.
